where is the stress in the pronunciation? is it "kee-REE kee-tee" or "kee-ree kee-TEE?"

and is it ever pronounced kee-ree kee-kee?

There's no stress on the REE or the TEE and you'll hear people say "kee-lee-kee-kee" when speaking informally.
